The Coudersport Area Municipal Authority (CAMA) recently leased land to for a location of a frack waste pre-treatment facility after JKLM Energy (founded by Terry Pegula the owner of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres) proposed using the sewage plant as a location to dispose of their frack waste. CAMA's sewage plant discharges into the headwaters of the Allegheny River in Coudersport, PA.
